44th Annual Citizen of the Year Dinner Dance

What a view …. What a night!!! We had a perfect night and a perfect location for the 44th Annual Citizen of the Year Dinner Dance.

The presentations were touching, the acceptances were sincere, the food was awesome, and the silent auction and raffles were glorious!

The Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce would like to thank our sponsors for the evening: Diamond Properties, Algonquin Sponsors; and Antalek & Moore, Co-Communications, Curtis, BMW Mt Kisco, Michaels and Associates and Thomas Fox Catering, our Iroquois Sponsors.

Our annual sponsors also deserve a round of applause: Northern Westchester Hospital, Saw Mill Club, A & J Home Care, Accel, Arco, People’s United Bank, Mahopac National Bank, and Mt. Kisco Tax & Monetary Services Group, Inc.

We would especially like to thank BMW Mt. Kisco for the use of their beautiful facilities. The chamber would also like to thank our Citizen of the Year Committee who spent countless hours preparing for this occasion, Donna Corti, Ann Harden, Phyllis Tunnell, Phil Bronzi, Vince Lemma, George Arco, Janet Dean, Kathleen Mooney and Suzanne Siebert. I would also like to thank John Reber for these beautiful centerpieces.

Vince Lemma, President of the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce was a wonderful host and emcee for the evening. Richard Alexander led our guests in the pledge of allegiance and Rev. Willett Porter eloquently said the invocation. A special thanks goes to Mayor J. Michael Cindrich who presented MKCCC with the Outstanding Non Profit of the Year award and to Tony Marcus, who presented Bill Harden with the Citizen of the Year award. We would also like to thank Joel Seligman, George Arco, State Senator Greg Ball, County Legislator Peter Harckman, NYS Assemblyman Robert Castelli, and Congresswoman Nan Hayworth who all added their own touching words.

Steve Young at Minuteman Press did a magnificent job at designing and printing the beautiful invitations this year.

Thank you also to Accel Printing & Graphics for designing and printing the beautiful souvenir journal. Thank you so much to Phyllis Tunnel, Ann Harden, George Arco, and Donna Corti for running our silent auction and raffle and for collecting many wonderful gifts for the evening.

We had many tables full of amazing goods and services. There were a lot of smiling faces when the results of the raffle and Silent Auction were announced! We would also like to thank Ed Reilly and his wonderful staff. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable and the room looked wonderful!
